Is there a minimum order amount?

The minimum order is 25 €.

You will find this information via your basket because if this amount is not reached, you will not be able to finalize your order and access the payment.

Can I order in two restaurants ?

You can order in several restaurants any time:
1 order = 1 restaurant = 1 delivery

Can I order if the restaurant is closed for the moment ?

For restaurants open for lunch and dinner, you can make pre-orders from 14h for the evening and 0h for lunch

How to indicate an allergy or make a special request to the restaurant owner?

You can enter any changes of ingredients and / or your specific requests in the field "Additional information for your order" which appears at the time of validation.

However, if it is allergies, we recommend that you contact the manager beforehand to make sure that he is able to take into account your request.

I would like to modify my order or add dishes. How can I do?

To modify your order, call as soon as possible at 05.90.51.97.38. Our service will contact the restaurant owner to check if this change is still possible. We reserve the right to not accept modifications

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

When you confirm your order, it is automatically sent to our partner.

You will then receive an e-mail and a confirmation SMS with the delivery time.

Important point: the restaurant owner estimates and confirms the delivery time according to its production possibilities. The deadlines announced on our website (on average 30 to 45 minutes) are therefore likely to be extended. If the announced delivery time does not suit you and does not respect the time indicated, you have the possibility to contact us by phone at 05.90.51.97.38.

Anytime, for any modification, thank you to contact us in the minutes which follow the reception of the email and / or the sms in order to avoid any erroneous preparation; if necessary, it is no longer possible to cancel your order.

I would like to cancel my order. How can I do?

To cancel your order, call as soon as possible to (+590) 590 519 738.

Our customer service will then contact the restaurant owner to verify that the dishes have not yet been produced and that cancellation is still possible.

If you pay by credit card or Paypal, your payment will be canceled.

However, if your bank account is debited, you will be refunded within 72 hours. You will receive in parallel a confirmation e-mail confirming this operation.

Warning ! In case of repeated cancellations without any real justification, Delifood Island reserves the right to no longer transmit your orders to restaurants. Indeed, the validation of your order generates the use of perishable goods at the consequent cost for our partners.


Delivery

Address indication ?

For the indication of the address, be as precise as possible. You can use landmarks such as: signs, color of the house, architecture, name of villa, public place, cluster of mailboxes, restaurants near you or other details. We will contact you by telephone for the last indications if necessary.

With regard to geolocation, we strongly advise you to accept it to facilitate the smooth running of your delivery.

Call for the delivery
